      1. Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

      2. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services.

      3. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

      5. Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

  3. Career Exploration & Educational Use

    • YoumayLive provides career exploration, games, interactive experiences, and educational content. Any career or educational decisions based on the content found on the Platform are your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our Services.
       

4. User Content

  1. No User-Generated Content (UGC) Currently

    • At present, YoumayLive does not host features that allow users to post or share content publicly. If this policy changes, we will update these Terms accordingly.

  2. Feedback

    • You may choose to submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback (collectively, “Feedback”) to us. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise incorporate your Feedback into our products or Services.
       

5. Payments

  1. Third-Party Payment Processors

    • If you purchase any paid features or services via YoumayLive, payments may be processed through Cashfree Payments or Stripe. These payment processors handle your financial data in compliance with their own terms and privacy policies.

    • We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

  2. Refunds

    • Any refunds or cancellation policies for paid products/services will be governed by additional terms provided at the time of purchase. If no specific policy is stated, the default approach is no refunds unless required by law.
       

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership

    • All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos used on or in connection with the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to Bitnib Technologies Private Limited.

  2. Restrictions

    • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

  3. Informal Resolution

    • Before initiating any legal action, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at admin@bitnib.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may proceed to take such steps as it deems fit.

    • We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and post a notice on our Site.

  2. Acceptance of Changes

    • Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

    • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, labor strikes, or disruptions to the internet.
